As the first member of the Technology team, I kick-started
the department and grew it to the current size of 20+

growth of the Crimson business to over 2,000 tutors and
mentors
Responsible for the overall architecture and quality of the
software produced in Crimson
Affinity ID is one of the
smartest direct marketing agencies in NZ. They successfully
executed multiple award-winning data-driven campaigns, employing
Machine Learning
and
Data Science
techniques that are only recently becoming mainstream.
Responsible for building the "Email Tool". Similar to
MailChimp, but tailor-built to fit Affinity's clients' requirements.
It allows Affinity to send hundreds of thousands of
personalised emails for some of the biggest email senders in
NZ, e.g.
Air New Zealand,
Spark
and
Countdown
Responsible for building Virtual Rugby, the most popular
social game in NZ at the time. Eventually sold to
NZME.
